The room is very standard hotel room. I am not saying small rather standard. It is good enough for two for sure. The location is very close to one of the best attractions in Beijing. But get to and get out of this area is the catch. We ends up in traffic near the hotel all the time. The service was very professional and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The pool, sauna, steam room are good to enjoy after a day of walking around in Beijing.

Absolutely beautiful and friendly establishment. I stayed for over a week during our visit in Beijing. The hotel is situated in a really old part of the town, but the interior decoration has some really tasteful renovation that preserves oriental beauty and a sense of history. We stayed on the 15th floor with a view to the forbidden city. It is absolutely stunning. The curtains in our bedroom and in front of the bathtub are both motorized, giving it a touch of modern features. I had to request some late night cleaning along with deliveries of some takeout a few times during the stay and the staff were just so so helpful. I would absolutely come back and stay here during my next visit. Final comment: kudos to the hotel for having free wheel chairs. Just need to keep 500 yuan deposit in cash, which I got back upon returning the wheel chair.

This Hotel is a modern and spacious hotel right next door to the famous Wangfujing shopping strip and just steps away from the Forbidden City—an unbeatable location for both shopping and sightseeing. The lobby is beautifully designed and very chic, creating a great first impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the Forbidden City, though I wish we were on a higher floor to see even more. The breakfast spread had plenty of options to choose from, and the indoor temperature-controlled pool was a lovely touch for a relaxing swim. Overall, for the price and the excellent location, this hotel offers a very reasonable and enjoyable stay. Absolutely amazing hospitality even before we got there. Jefferson and all his team at concierge and the club lounge were always so welcoming and helpful. They helped to book our local tours and booking the Tiananmen tickets. Will be back to this hotel if we do come back to Beijing and will try other Renaissance of other China destinations.
