I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Nina at reception. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. It’s always nice to start a trip with a smile and helpful attitude, and Nina definitely set the tone for a great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The location is convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Breakfast was fresh with a decent variety of options. Huge thanks again to Nina for her excellent customer service. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
I stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. A special thank you to Ms. Wassana from housekeeping for her excellent work — my room was always clean, well-organized, and refreshed with care. Her attention to detail and professionalism added a lovely touch to my stay. Overall, the hotel staff were warm and courteous, always ready to assist with anything I needed. However, I arrived early in the morning on my first day, and unfortunately, no breakfast was offered upon check-in. After a long journey, it was quite difficult to go out searching for food at that hour. I would recommend the hotel review this policy, as a light meal option or some form of early arrival hospitality would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, it would be appreciated if water bottles were provided as a complimentary amenity, as is standard in many hotels. This small gesture makes a big difference, especially for guests arriving tired or during hot weather. Still, I had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel, particularly for the quality of service and cleanliness.
Great hotel in Bangkok with spacious rooms and a full kitchen, which is a huge plus for families. We appreciated the extra space and amenities. That said, the laundry situation could use improvement. They offer coin-operated machines, which is fine, but you'll need to bring your own detergent-which isn't exactly practical for travelers. More importantly, the laundry room itself felt a bit neglected. The smell was unpleasant, and the machines looked old and not very clean. For a hotel of this caliber, it felt out of place and a bit off-putting. If they upgraded the laundry facilities and improved cleanliness in that area, it would really elevate the overall experience. Otherwise, everything else about the stay was good.
Stayed 3 nights at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok with my husband and a friend. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, but the room we got was already fully renovated — spacious and nicely done. Only downside was the AC wasn’t cold enough; I woke up sweating a few times during the night. What really made the stay great was the staff. Din was amazing — he helped us the whole time with tips on where to go, eat, and shop without overpaying. He also warned us about common tourist traps. At check-out, Natty was super friendly and made the process quick and smooth. Overall, a good stay! Would love to come back once renovations are done.
We stayed in the Deluxe King room and it was very spacious. The bathroom was quite big too, however, the reason I didn’t add a five star is because the bathroom didn’t have any bidet/push shower which is essential for us. We have also not faced this issue in any other hotels in Bangkok, so was a bit surprised. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast spread is really good and high quality. I was happy with everything during my stay. Only wish they would install bidets in the toilet to be more inclusive towards all types of customers.
