This is the 4th buffet I have in 10 days. Seafood looks good but I found crab meat not fresh enough. Crab is rather small in size. Roast beef is done perfect but the taste is quite bland. Service is very good though.
Afternoon tea experience was nice for me. Elegant environment and romantic atmosphere. Need to queue for a while but not too long. Not much variety of food but enough for Afternoon tea. Sesame oil fresh fish soup was hot and suitable for fist dish. The mix hand rolls involved shrimp, shrimp roe, fish roe and tamagoyaki. It combined with crispy seaweed was pretty tasty. Roast beef, sashimi and seafood was normal and noting special. Fried Norwegian Salmon was good than I thought. Golden brown color with moist fish meat. Desserts were highly recommended! Cream Puff, custard tart, chocolate cake and fruit panna cotta were awesome! Reasonable price. Efficient and friendly service.
I recently dined at Brasserie in Regent Taipei. While the selection wasn't the most extensive I've seen at a high-end buffet, the quality of the food was truly exceptional. The roast beef was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the bite-sized wagyu burgers – they were simply irresistible, and I couldn't stop at just one. The snow crab legs were fresh and sweet, a real treat for seafood lovers. The Japanese station was a highlight, consistently serving up beautifully presented and delicious nigiri, temaki, sushi, and maki. They also had a live grilling station featuring fresh squid, which was a delightful addition. The Iberico ham was exquisite, a taste sensation that truly elevated the experience. The dessert selection was equally impressive. I indulged in delectable French macarons, luxurious Nama chocolate, and delicate matcha cubes. And, of course, no buffet is complete without Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Let me tell you, Häagen-Dazs ice cream yummy, Häagen-Dazs ice cream good. Overall, while the focus at Brasserie is on quality over quantity, the dining experience was truly memorable. I highly recommend it for those seeking a refined and enjoyable buffet experience.
Superb food and services. Worth every penny spent . The Toilet is very neat and clean despite the volume of their guests. I was even given the birthday cakr to celebrate my birth month. This is a very memorable trip with my family.
One of the best in Taipei! A morning breakfast buffet will make your entire day, nice and easy! International food offers local, Japanese and other international cuisine. I really like the breads, oh my especially the hot croissant! My local colleague suggested me to taste the Taiwan draft beer 15 days here, I haven’t heard about this until this day. I don’t really like beer due to its bitter taste and the only best and sole beer I ever drink is Sapporo beer but hey, this changed my mind! Woah, super smooth and not bitter. It’s also a big beer, 750ml and I took it all because I feel it’s offending to my colleague not to finish her offer ? oh well, I’m still okay before going to another meeting?
