When we got to the hotel, the lobby was very spacious, clean and has a good smell. We are to stay for 4 days, and I find the room big enough for a family of four. Toilet is clean and we even have a perfect table to use in case we need to work. King Wu and Mia assisted us, they are very accommodating and keen on attending to everything we need. We are so glad we choose this hotel to be a part of our first out of the country travel.

The management here is visible and runs a tight, efficient hotel. He handled a minor local travel query for us instantly and professionally, setting the standard for the entire staff. That level of hands-on, attentive service is exactly what you need in a busy city. ​Regarding amenities and services, everything was reliable and premium. the location makes dining easy with its on-site restaurants. Services like daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and express check-out were all fast and completely seamless. ​Overall, it's a solid, efficient, and great-value stay right in the middle of Kowloon. We'll be back for sure!
