At this price point, nothing much to complain about. But at least I expect everything provided to work as expected, without issue. -- The room -- Most of the electric appliances are not connected to the socket. Bed lamps and desk lamps have no light bulbs. The toilet door won't close. The door doesn't even fit the frame. The TV stays on. I can't turn it off using their remote, so I have to use my phone. But overall, I think it is just a minor issue. On the last day of my stay, the AC broke so I have to change my room. Went from the second floor to the first floor. Now it has another problem. Water Tap has no water. The toilet is smelly. At least, the staffs were helpful. My advice, if you can, pick the second floor if you prefer more privacy and quieter rooms. -- The location -- The reason for me to pick this location was easy access to nearby Binus anggrek campus. It wasn't really within walking distance for most people but it was quite close. Along the way, there are a lot of restaurants and cafe. There are minimarkets nearby but the road was busy and hard to cross and even harder if you're not accustomed to Indonesian roads/driving behaviour. This location was considered easy to find for drivers and the parking area is quite spacious. If you're ordering food or trying to find a ride, it is easy here. As for tourists, I don't think they have anything interesting around here. But it is up to you to decide.
