However, the air conditioning system did not work so well as there was water leakage. The location is good, really close to Indomaret and you can easily find street foods in the night.

Spending one night here and it was good. The room is quite big. Completed with a dining table and two chairs inside it, you can enjoy your meal here. Maybe just need to clean the chair because it looks dirty that made me hesitate to sit. Bathroom cleanliness is okay. WiFi speed is also good.

ROOM: Building's old but they've got elevator. Room's spacious. There's a hole on bedsheet. Furniture's old. Room door still using a manual key so a bit worried about the security. Non-smoking room still has smoke smells. Toilet and sink is dirty. No bed lamp for you who can't sleep without lights.

SERVICE: The receptionist was okay. No water heater (kinda big minus but it wasn't listed on the app i using so my mistake), there's smart tv and air conditioning works well. Got 2 bottles of mineral water. Seems they'll gave it again when they clean up your room or ask the staff but i bought it myself. Neighbor room was really noisy at midnights but seems an usual occurrence since they've done it multiple nights (blasting music while opening their room's door). Wifi was not the best but okay.

LOCATION: Close to Central Jakarta with really affordable price which is a big plus for someone who looking for business trip. Next to the building there's a minimarket and a few cafe and restaurants which helps. Close to Setiabudi LRT Station.

Overall: it was okay for a short business trip. i can bear the dirt and stain for a few days but not with the noises since the only reason i came here is for have a rest. Seems there's no strict guide for this and hope they'll fix it.

For the price, the room is nice, very spacious with excellent bed. A bit dirty or old. But there are one main irk:

Amenities are not replenished daily. Turns out you have to request for it to the receptionist, yet they didn't tell you that beforehand.

Red door staff is amazing and very helpful. The location itself is convenient as it’s near the CBD area. The hotel standards are not as good, room is smart but not up to standard. WiFi is ok, no food servings, no international adaptors in the room, security is good, no tissues oh no, but oh well it’s manageable
