Housekeeping definitely needs improvement! Jacuzzi Suite was nice. Room was a bit small but well decorated with sufficient amenities. Bathroom was very big, with Jacuzzi ensuite! They don't allow check-in before 3:00pm. Room service was slow and lacked efficiency/ sincerety. Owner/ Management should take note and address it. We left room for tour at 7:30am & requested for room make-up. We returned at around 3:00pm & the room was still not made up!! They have luggage storage. After getting room, we requested for luggages sent to our room. They didn't bother. We have to go and bring the luggages to our room by ourselves! Seemed very safe & secure to us. Georgetown area is quite walkable. Grab easily available. Restaurants are in walking distance. There is also in-house small cafe. Food courts in 1st Avenue Mall are also in 10-minute walking distance. Recently renovated. Rooms are fresh. Well maintained. Attractions: Penang Hill The Habitat Botanical Gardens Street food Wall murals Clan jetties Penang Botanical Gardens to Penang Hill cable car is under construction.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a very good experience. Staff Nurul was extremely kind and friendly, she helped us communicate with a Grab driver when we lost our phone, as the driver couldn’t speak English. All major attractions in George Town are within walking distance from the property. I would highly recommend this place for stay.

Good location, max 25 minutes walk touristy location in George Town close to many tourist spot. Room is beautifully decorated, bed is comfortable, it has two doors weirdly but doesn't bother that much, bathroom is very nice and shower pressure is amazing The only MINUS is that it's badly isolated, I can listen to anything passing by outside the room very clearly. In the morning I was awaken by the noise.

The family suite was perfect, with two seperate areas and shared bathroom. Very big and comfortable beds. Plus a lovely spa bath tub. Super lovely and clean.
