Rooms were ok sized for the price paid.
However, the service of the staff has lots of room for improvement. I called for extra pillows, and was told that they had no extra pillows for guests (hotel wasn’t full occupancy so what’s with the lie?). Emailed the corporate office informing them of my encounter, and extra pillows magically turned up on my bed after house keeping.
Location was great, but the wait for lifts could sometimes take a while.
Overall decent for the price paid, but I wouldn’t recommend it to those who are willing to stretch their budget a little more.

The hotel itself was good and the location was close to a lot of restaurants but the front staff ruined the trip for us.

We traveled with our 7 month old who happened to throw up milk on the bed. We called the front desk to ask for a change of sheets around 6pm and they told us housekeeping was gone for the day which was fine so we asked for some spare sheets to change ourselves and they told us they did not have any spare sheets. I asked my mom to physically go downstairs to ask as this seemed unreasonable for a 25 story hotel to not have a single spare bedsheet and they finally sent someone up with spare sheets.

They kicked us out of the lobby when they saw we were playing card games and told us there was no games allowed in the lobby. This is the only hotel that we stayed at in Korea that apparently does not allow games in the common spaces. We are traveling as a group after all and maybe a vacation rental is better than hotels since they're so unaccommodating.

The same mean lady who kicked us out for playing cards in the lobby, called the room to rudely tell us to leave and hung up on me when I explained we requested late check out the night before, which was granted with no problems.

The cleaning staff was friendly but the front desk staff were terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay because of this experience.

Was there for 4 nights and everything was good. However I left my glasses on the side table beside the bed and when I came back to the hotel at night, it was missing. I suspected that it was missing due to housekeeping and went to inform the front desk. After checking, they just told me that the housekeeping did not find my glasses. There was no apology or any compensation offered by them. So if you book this hotel, please be careful and keep all your belongings in the luggage and do NOT leave it on the table.

Location is very convenient.  Close to subway station n haeundae Beach.
Rooms were  clean n  neat .
Elevators were too slow n crowded most of time .
Many  items  like shower caps, liquid handwash , bath robes were  not provided.  Slippers provided  were used ones.   Never expected such poor facilities from Ramada
Overall not worth the money .
