Nice, international breakfast. Chic hotel. And the most kind and caring room attendant I ever met - Julia!! Made my whole stay unforgettable, thanks a lot! Also the banquet and the service at the conference I attended in the hotel from May Tan, Mash, Izwan and Nicholas was outstanding and excellent!

My first time in Singapore and staying at this hotel. Great service at reception for check-in and Check-out. Wonderful, clean hotel with super friendly staff who always get with a smile and are ready to assist. Room was clean, perfect size for single traveler with everything you need in a hotel room. Great facilities. Location is a bit far from major Singapore hotspots, nearest metro station about 15/20 walk away, however hotel offers frequent shuttle service & metro system can get you anywhere in Singapore. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, perfect if you want to be away from the crowded tourist hotspots.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for my monster consert?and was thoroughly impressed. Front desk staff Uthaya went above and beyond - he patiently addressed my late check-out request, recommended local dining spots, and even helped concert transport. The property itself was immaculately maintained, with spotless rooms and a calming atmosphere. Best This team truly understands hospitality. Will return! A smart choice for budget travelers! lots of local food near this place.

The hotel is well maintained and rooms are of decent size. It is located about a kilometer from Novena MRT station, which is walkable but part of it is uphill and might be difficult for people who have difficulty walking. However, the hotel provides regular free shuttle service to and from the MRT station with the last service being 7.40pm. There is a bus stop about 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel as well. In terms of food, there is a restaurant in house and a few eateries in the mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of local options along the main road. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel comprise of East and West Wings which are located at different blocks and about 3-5 minutes walk from each other.
