Had an amazing dinner buffet with my family at Ramada Hotel Colombo today. The food was absolutely delicious, honestly even better than some 5-star hotels we’ve tried! What really impressed us was the personalized service, they specially prepared food for my baby, which was such a thoughtful touch. The customer service overall was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this place for a family dining experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was enjoyable, and the room was spacious. What stood out most was the excellent location which made getting around very convenient. One area for improvement would be the noise level — the sound from the hotel's club/bar was quite loud and at times it felt as if the music was playing inside the room

The hotel has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The dining options are impressive, offering a good mix of local and international cuisine, all served fresh and flavorful. A great spot for both leisure and business stays.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was a real highlight. There was a great variety of dishes from South Asian to Western options (something for every craving). Chef Malar truly stood out. She’s incredibly genuine, and her warm personality made every meal feel special. Watching her cook live during breakfast added a unique and personal touch to the experience. Her meals were absolutely delicious and made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this place.
