This is a really good affordable hotel which is great value for money. Recently I visited and I brought my Dog along with me. The staff were very attentive and great with check in. They moved me to a lower floor room to make it easier for the dog and the dreaded early morning trips outside for the toilet. The decor is finished off perfectly with a real attention to detail throughout. The shower was also amazing. Few small issues in the room. The sink didn't drain well, the towel rail was a bit bent, I couldn't seem to get the air conditioning working so the room was incredibly warm. I did visit in February and opened the window but the noise from the road outside although a quiet road seemed to get a lot of attention from lorries and trucks passing which made it difficult to sleep. We didn't have breakfast or use the restraunt during the stay. Strangely the bar shut at 11pm which felt early for a hotel bar, otherwise I would have grabbed a drink or two before heading back to the room. The location is good for a walk into Greenwich or to the O2. Getting to central London I took the boat from Greenwich pier which is about a 20 min walk from the hotel. There seems to be ample parking for the hotel although it is shared with the bin store which on my visit was overflowing and a few rats could be seen. Could be helped by just having some more bins. Overall a really pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. On arrival early to the hotel I asked if I could leave a bag secured with medical equipment. I was generously offered a room upgrade and to check in early to assist me. Rajan who was the manager on duty was efficient, most helpful and a credit to the hotel. Fantastic customer service. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near the O2 or Excel.

The location of this hotel is pretty shady in my opinion. I walked (20 mins) to get here from a tube station and it just seems like it’s in a weird area. I don’t think I’d be comfortable walking in the dark alone. During the day it’s fine, and the commute is simple. They have a fancy restaurant on the top floor, I wanted to go but the in person interaction I had with them gave me a stand offisb energy. Any restaurant I don’t feel welcome in especially when I’m alone I will never go to as I feel like service is so important. It’s called Nine Lounge, super fancy and good views but unfortunately I wasn’t feeling the energy. Aside from that the room was fine, bed was ok seemed clean but not super clean, the sunset was stunning. I liked the modern art deco style touches too. Pretty cool. Really value for money as well.

Nancy and the team were extremely welcoming and made my stay very pleasant. The only issue I had was getting hot water in the shower but it was not the end of the world. The breakfast was lovely and the location perfect for visiting local attractions or in my case a wedding at the yacht club. Highly recommend
