We are returning guests to this hotel and the check-in staff Ellie F always goes above and beyond to help our stay as comfortable as possible. Ellie is very caring and professional. The hotel is conveniently located for our frequent trips to Gold Coast. But it’s the genuine care that Ellie always provides that makes our stay most enjoyable and memorable. Hope to return soon to say many thanks to Ellie!

Good location,. Close to Robina town centre with a courtesy bus available. Well appointed very clean apartments. Big thank you to Andrew on reception for exceptional service, he really went over and above to give us a great experience. The courtesy bus was prompt and a pleasant smooth ride.

My father Ross just recently stayed here in a wheelchair accessible unit part of a medium-term accommodation via the NDIS for just over three months and during his time here was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff were top-notch in accommodating multiple carers attending to my father & any inquiries or requests were dealt with in a timely manner with a smile. Thankyou to the team at Quest Robina it was very much appreciated!

Very satisfied and happy stay! Nice efficient staff, clean well equipped rooms. Good location. No complaints. Will definitely stay here at Quest Robina again.

Honest Review of Our Stay. Great Stay With a Few Details to Note This property is overall great but there are a few areas that stop it from being top notch. Reception was lovely, bright and clean. Check-in took a little time as there was an issue with our online booking. We had selected a pet-friendly room online, but this did not translate through correctly upon arrival. This was resolved by paying a small upgrade fee plus an additional $12 for parking. It would have been helpful if the parking fees were made clearer in the online description to avoid this confusion. The room itself was spotless with the exception of some light urine staining around the base of the toilet bowl that could have been addressed. Outside, the private courtyard space was excellent and provided a secure area for the dogs to relax, have dinner and wander safely. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both the kitchenette and bathroom were well-equipped and modern. Everything inside the room was fresh, clean and very enjoyable. We contacted reception around 10.30pm to order a bottle of wine but were told the service was closed. The signage and in-room information state that this service is available until 11pm. Being hotel-provided stock, not a third-party delivery, it was disappointing that this service was not honoured within the listed hours. We stay at Quest properties regularly and the standard is always very good. This stay was no exception in terms of cleanliness and room quality. Highly recommend booking here as the rooms are fresh, modern and clean. However, plan ahead and organise food and drinks before arrival. We had expected, especially being in a city location, that there would be minibar options or late-night room service available as advertised but this was not the case.
