Lovely clean little room. Very comfortable bed. Had dishwasher, sink, stove, washing machine and dryer in our little room. Perfect accommodation for our first nights in Auckland. Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a solo female traveller. Rooms are comfortable, immaculately clean and quiet. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. There is also a lap pool (which I didn’t use). Highly recommend.

Rooms are new and spotless. Washing machine and drier are great for longer stays. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Very close to Parnell cafes and restaurants. Can't fault it.

This is the second Quest hotel I've stayed in in New Zealand and it was great. Their mini apartment set up is a true comfort. I wish we had this in the states.

VERY friendly staff. Clean apartments with washer/dryer, kitchen, electric kettle, dishes and pots, small dishwasher. Everything I needed. Nice location with restaurants, shopping, etc steps away. Easy to uber to attractions, or walk to the museum, rose park, etc. Note the Heather street access has a half flight of steps, which can be avoided on Falcon and down a short alley...admittedly not obvious. Small gym and indoor/outdoor lap pool.
