Stayed here for 10 days and overall it was good. Had issues connecting my laptop to the hotel WiFi. Ended up standing at the hotel front desk talking to tech support on the phone for over an hour. It would have been great to do this in the comfort of my room, but sadly the landline phone didn’t work. ?? (it was replaced the next day.) Appreciated the fantastic daily breakfast vouchers. Good housekeeping staff. 24 hour stack washers & dryer machines on the first floor were awesome. Kelly at the front desk was super nice. She even booked a taxi for us! Also wanted to say thanks to staff members Gabriella and Peter.

This has been the perfect apartment for a quick city getaway, without the hassle of being in the CBD. Kelvin Grove Village is like an oasis just a stone's throw from the city - a green, leafy suburb with lots of cafes and public transport options. It's an easy drive in from the northside and once you park at the Quest in secure, undercover parking, it's a quick walk to Kelvin Grove QUT station and you can be in the city in less than 10 minutes. Our apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A stand-out was the customer service - very helpful and obliging staff. We would definitely stay here again.
