No 1, Jalan Pantai Baharu, Jaya Tower 3, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
The place may look a bit old, but everything is well-maintained and functional. I attended a small class here, which was a pleasant experience, and refreshments were provided. The food selection is rich, with a variety of delicious options that make the visit even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the traffic in this area is not very friendly, with congestion , which can be a bit inconvenient. However, despite the transportation challenges, the overall experience here was positive and worthwhile.
Had a great stay at Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur! The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Mid Valley, KL Sentral, and Bangsar. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, rain showers, and fast Wi-Fi. Loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local and international options. The staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay. There's also a pool, gym, and spa if you're looking to relax. Great choice for both business and leisure.
It's not as impressive as some other 5-star rated hotel but great value. The interior is nice with some modern contemporary art decors. The view is nothing great as it is surrounded by office towers and located next to the busy federal highway. It's quiet at night, after office hours. Walking to the nearest amenities is not so safe, although it is like a 15-minute walking distance. It is sandwiched between 2 LRT stations. Driving out to KL city centre or to PJ is very convenient. The pool is an outdated design. There is a nice size gym and spa. Many beautifully designed event halls but partitions needed more soundproofing. My sis attended a 2 days seminar here and i tagged along. Service and cleanliness were great. All the staff were polite and very helpful. The room and public area were clean. The beds were comfy. Love the toiletries provided. They even provided a torchlight and weighing scale but both were out of batteries. Morning buffet spread was average with local and fusion food.
I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Grand Bangsar. I only paid RM200++ for a night, which is super worth it for what I get. The hotel feels classy the moment you walk in. The lobby looks elegant, got a few F&B shops around the lobby area. Parking is free for hotel guests, and the hotel location is very convenient, easy access to PJ or KL city. The room was spacious and had all the facilities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. I booked a twin bed room but requested if they had a queen bed, of which they didn’t, but the staff were kind enough to push the twin beds together to make a big comfy bed. It worked perfectly. One of the highlights? The bathtub. It totally gave off that "spacation" vibe — deep, comfy and the best part, you can watch TV from the tub. Loved that! ? The staff were super friendly. I showed up really early for check-in (around 10am), registered first and hung out at a cafe at the lobby doing my work. Around 11.30am, they called me over and said my room was ready. Thats 3.5 hours before official check-in time! Really appreciated that kind of hospitality. Even wonderful when they allowed me to opt for late checkout around 1pm, no extra charge ? If I had to point out anything to improve. The parking area is a bit tight at the corners, so bigger cars might struggle a bit. And like most 5-star hotels, the TV channels were pretty standard and boring. Would be nice if they had smart TVs or at least let you connect your phone to watch Netflix or other stuff, something Airbnb and serviced residences usually offer. All in all, would definitely come again and be treated wonderfully ?
Had a pleasant buffet experience at Wyndham Grand Bangsar. The food selection was good and the staff were attentive. Great ambiance for a relaxing meal. Worth it ?
