Great location and did a Late check in, front desk gentleman was superb. I was given a lot of pertinent info that was quick and efficient. Assisted me very quickly when I wanted to change the room. Restaurant on GF level was average, nothing special about the food, a lot of outside restaurants serve better food. The restaurant was empty and yet the AC on full blast freezing! Not sure how that helps their environmental policy on energy wastage. Decent Pool facilities and the executive club lounge was decent too. I wish they could pay more attention when ordering food as I was given breakfast without mushrooms when it’s on the menu. Overall city stay was great.

Room was excellent. Breakfast was good. Location superb. It’s rare to come across such genuine and dedicated service, and Jimmy truly went above and beyond to make our breakfast memorable. Kudos to the Pullman Hotel for having such a gem on their team. Jimmy is a true asset to the residence restaurant. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be looking forward to being served by her again!

it's as beautiful as the one in Singapore :) love the stay the atmosphere and the staff are all very very warm and welcoming. The staff greet you on their way past you and they smile and make small tall at the corridors. The room is super nice and love the toilets ?

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Check-in was very quick and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. The staff was very attentive and the overall service was excellent. We also had access to the laundry and room service, which was excellent. Not to mention the Executive Lounge, which is extraordinary.
