I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort. The food was very delicious and of high quality—every dish exceeded expectations. The room was nicely decorated, and the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. However, my room was 0228, one of the rooms had an issue with the air conditioner, which I hope can be fixed soon. Other than that, everything was excellent and I look forward to coming back in the future.
I recently organized a company event at Pulai Springs Resort and the entire experience was fantastic! We had team building activities in the morning and our annual dinner in the evening — and everything was handled perfectly. Special compliments to the banquet hall setup — the decoration was absolutely beautiful and elegant. The in-house PA system was excellent, clear and powerful, which saved us the trouble (and cost) of hiring an external sound system. I especially want to highlight and thank the staff who assisted me with a last-minute PA system issue during the dinner. Without their quick response and support, our event wouldn’t have run as smoothly. Truly appreciated! From the facilities, food, rooms, to the warm and helpful staff — everything deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommended for company functions or any special events. Thank you Pulai Springs Resort for your outstanding service!
Overall the rooms are satisfactory, with some issues (for 0624 apartment style): - Some room doors very difficult to close and lock, after locking also difficult to open back up - Water flow from tap can be quite slow, shower is ok Service passable - have to keep reminding them that we don't have enough towels. Note that room cleanup will be quite late (3-4pm?) unless it's your checkout day, then they might come 10am. Location - great place if your intention is to spend time together and enjoy the facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc). Can pay about 10RM to play pool, throw darts and rent bicycle. If you're gonna be out the whole day then no point.
Decent place to stay. Came for a church camp. Units are big enough to hang out and chill in small groups. But the room I got was kinda small for 2 2 swimming pools are quite nice but 1 is opened to public. And another for hotel guests.
Hall Usage - We held our 2025 church camp at Pulai Springs with close to 200 participants. From the planning stage all the way to the end of the camp, the team was consistently prompt and responsive. A smooth and pleasant experience overall. Working with the events team was truly a joy — they were extremely patient and took the time to address all my queries thoroughly. I really appreciated their support throughout the entire process. Although the resort is older, the rooms and facilities were well maintained — clean, comfortable, and without any musty or old smell. It made for a pleasant stay for all our campers. The food was a bit of a letdown initially, with too many fried items during the first few days. However, the team was receptive to feedback and made adjustments, which we greatly appreciated. As someone who is health-conscious, I felt that the breakfast options were a bit heavy on carbs — I’d love to see more protein and vegetables in future menus. Overall, still a great venue for large group events, and we’re thankful for the team’s hospitality and effort!
