It was 4 night wonderful stay at the hotel - everything was at the highest level - very attractive and comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom. non-smoking rooms. beautiful patio in the hotel with impeccable service. Delicious breakfast - very large selection, high quality products. Great pool. The service took care that I felt good and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel - great location - metro station 2 minutes from the hotel - where you can get everywhere. I recommend and thank you very much for a fantastic stay

I had an amazing stay at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing (March 2025). The location is fantastic, just across the road from Exit B of the National Art Museum of China metro station on line 8, making it super convenient for getting around the city. It’s also within walking distance to Wangfujing street. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. When we weren’t feeling well, they even provided free food, which was such a kind gesture. The lobby was very impressive—beautifully designed, spacious, and had a true five-star feel. It also smelled amazing, which made it even more welcoming. The room itself was great - spacious, clean, and with a nice view. It was a comfortable and relaxing space to return to after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and luxurious atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was absolutely outstanding! The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and offer a luxurious atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out, making it a truly comfortable experience. The hotel also boasts excellent restaurants, and the food is of an exceptionally high standard—every meal was a delight. The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. I can only give my highest recommendation and would return in a heartbeat!

Room is good and got slippers and all personal hygiene supplies. Bottle water supplies daily and everything marks with $ requires to pay including drinks in the fridge. Concierge advised us in advance. Good: spacious, clean, quiet and very convenient just 1 min walk to subway National Art Museum station for route number 8 Bad: bath tub in the middle makes it inconvenient to use the washroom and air conditioning not available due to low temperature outside but room is at 25-26 degree
