The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. What truly made our experience stand out was the amazing staff, especially Alex. She went out of her way multiple times to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcomed. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

Myself and my family have stayed at The Premier in Wimbledon Broadway many times, it's our to go to place. My dad actually lives close by, but we always stay here and he always joins us, especially for the fantastic breakfasts here. Our sons stay here when in town also. It's perfect, bar, restaurant, rooms, location and we are always welcomed by the friendly girls and guys that work there, on reception and at the bar and restaurant. Alex is the best, she is always there to accommodate us and so incredibly wonderful and helpful, she is a star for sure, always smiling, thank you always. Elijah is wonderful also, thank you all for always accommodating us all year round. Everyone here are very helpful and accommodating. See you in June xx

I stayed for 9 nights 3 weeks ago. This hotel is close to Wimbledon station (about 8 minutes away) and nerby there are several markets and shops, I could easily buy the things I needed. Plus, It was convenient to get to the main London spots. However, I felt a little uncomfortable because, the low water pressure in the shower in my bathroom^^;;; But, that was fine, now that I'm back to normal, it's become a memory, too. And the staff were all nice to us, Thank you.
