I recently stayed at the Tooting Premier Inn with my family for one night, and overall, it was a positive experience. The standout aspect was the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of three. The beds were fresh and incredibly comfortable, living up to the Premier Inn's reputation for providing a good night's sleep. In terms of value, the experience was outstanding. It truly offers great quality for the price. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a slightly larger supply of tea and coffee in the family rooms, as this would add a nice touch for guests. Aside from that minor point, I highly recommend Tooting Premier Inn for families or anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay. Thank you for a pleasant visit!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay, enjoying a warm welcome and a perfect breakfast every morning. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Tina, Reena, Laura, and Alina for making our experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends
We had an amazing fully cooked English breakfast here. There are plenty of options and food is freshly prepared. Reena who is the chef and Tina who meets and greets us are both amazing and look after us and our kids whenever we pop in for breakfast.
The biggest plus was the staff. They were very nice and helpful, especially at breakfast, which I can recommend. The room was clean. The windows cannot be opened, which could be an issue for some people, but the ventilation system worked well. As for the location: Tooting is probably not your first choice when you‘re visiting London, but the underground (Northern Line) is just a few minutes away. There is a huge number of Indian and Pakistani restaurants in the area (the busy street next to the hotel is called „The Curry Mile“), so you won‘t have to worry about where to eat.
Very good location and it’s located directly on top of a Lidl supermarket. There’s a fair few restaurants in the area and it’s not far from the underground tube station. There’s price was reasonable as well considering that it’s a London based hotel. The rooms were pleasant, modern and well equipped. The only things to note is that it’s not great phone signal in the area and the TV reception wasn’t great either.
