We had a wonderful family stay at Premier Inn County Hall! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They were so friendly and genuinely attentive to both us and our kids—nothing was too much trouble. The location is unbeatable for families, just steps from the London Eye, the Aquarium, and loads of great restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which meant everyone slept soundly after a busy day of sightseeing. Our family room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. The kids loved the comfy beds and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made travelling with little ones easier. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choice for both adults and children. Truly outstanding service from a team who clearly care about their guests—we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed in one of the bigger suites on 6th floor. The room was spacious, but lacking in storage. There’s no room safe or mini fridge. Ac, tea, coffee and kettle provided I hated the toilet paper & no tissues provided. The bathroom is spacious with a tub which we loved. Cleaning was ordinary, not surprising for such a big hotel. The best thing is the location. Within a short walk to Waterloo station, supermarket, chemist, London eye and Westminster Abbey. Safe area. Would stay here again because of the location & good value.

I stayed at Premier Inn County Hall earlier this year and the customer service was fantastic. I was a little let down by the room compared to other Premier Inn hotels I've stayed at but that's only because these are the older design and it needs a little renovation. You can't fault the location of this hotel and that makes it worth staying here above all else.

Exactly what to expect from a Premier Inn. The hotel is in a nice Georgian building, and although the interior hallways etc look a little dated, the rooms are clean and in a good state, with tall ceilings. Check-in was quick via self-service machines, breakfast in the restaurant was also good, with three toast stations to deal with busy period. The location is fantastic -literally behind the London Eye, with Waterloo & Westminster a 5-min walk away

I’d like to highlight the outstanding service I received from Alejandra at reception during my stay at Premier Inn London County Hall. Despite it being an incredibly busy hotel especially given its location behind the London Eye. Alejandra remained calm, polite, and exceptionally helpful throughout. She consistently went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable, always asking if there was anything more she could do. Her professionalism and warmth are a credit to both herself and the Premier Inn brand.
