Really enjoyed my stay at Point A Canary Wharf. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel has a clean, modern vibe and felt really comfortable throughout. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly – everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location is spot on too – close to the DLR, Elizabeth Line, and Jubilee Line, with plenty of great places nearby to eat, grab a coffee, or just stroll by the water. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting London, whether it’s for work or a short trip.
I was actually very impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was very nice, complete with fancy lighting and everything. A fairly spacious shower too and a comfy bed, for the price point it was fantastic. My only complaint is that a couple of times I was woken up in the morning by what I presume was the fire alarm going off a couple of times for a few seconds each. I'm guessing this was because some guests used the fire-alarmed emergency exits without thinking it through.
This is a very convenient hotel centrally located. If you book directly you get free breakfast check out is at 11 AM but if you pay another 15 pounds you can check out at 2 PM. To leave luggage it’s 3 pounds. I think it’s good value and the staff are polite. Breakfast is from 6.30 to 10.30am. No lunch or dinner options but many places nearby to get food. Thank you to the bald gentleman who passed me my luggage and the lady who checked me in. Would be back again!
Point A at Canary Wharf is my home away from home. I travel to London a couple of times a year for long stays and I don't stay anywhere else. It's great value for the price, especially for London. It's reliably clean (spotless!) and comfortable. The new breakfast setup in the lobby is lovely. Highly recommend this place.
Affordable hotel in a nice location, though more convenient location for business travel than for tourism. The room was very clean and in good condition, but honestly felt more like a dorm than a hotel. You can tell that they designed the room based on the absolute bare minimum that a hotel room can have, which is understandable given the price range, but I think they cut too thin in certain places. Not having things like hand towels, a proper desk surface, a proper chair detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Oh but they had room lights with changeable colors - who is that for exactly?
