Reading other reviews made me feel worried about my stay but honestly it was such a lovely stay! The pod is very spacious and comfortable, it was nice and clean! The staff were lovely and it wasn’t loud at all! I will definitely stay again! The vibe was really nice as well and it’s in such a convenient location. My only thing was that there was one light broken in my pod but that’s ok as these things happen and I really enjoyed my stay

My lovely people from PodBed Coogee, we’ve had a beautiful stay! It’s a very warm-hearted welcoming community. Nice, clean rooms, great kitchen and an outstanding garden for chill evenings! We loved the variety of activities in Coogee, it couldn’t be better; your neighbor is Woolis, down the road yummy restaurants and cafes and a lovely beach just a 5 min walk away. This place is a hidden gem for that cheap price! Special thanks to Max and the other stuff members for making our stay excellent! See you soon guys ♥️

I just stayed here for 4 nights and while the mattress in my double private room was uncomfortable and there wasn’t great airflow in the bedroom, I had a GREAT time. The quiet hours were enforced and respected, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, the outside and common areas were clean, and the people staying were really lovely. A lot of people seemed to be staying in the hostel long-term, so people were often cooking big meals and sharing, watching movies together in the common rooms, and generally just being really lovely to every one else. The location is incredible and easy to get to and from the city and beaches via public transit. I had a great time and would absolutely come back to stay here. (Don’t forget your shower shoes)

I had a lovely stay at the podbed hostel! The staff were so welcoming and made sure I has everything I needed. The community they have built there is so lovely. It is very close to the beach & has everything you need for a great stay. The cost is definitely worth the stay. My only criticism is that the smoke alarm in my pod was broken.
