the whole team was amazing especially Nina who took care of us. Every time she saw us, she always inquired about our day and made us feel like home. marina at Thai Pantry is the best host and took such good care of us. We ate here twice and each time was better than the next. Kudos to the chef. The whole team at the hotel is warm and friendly. The food is great and the rooms are big and spacious. Can’t wait to come back.

Nina and her team made sure our family had the most memorable time during our stay. Checking in on my partner every morning and providing fresh fruit platters was lovely. Hotel staff really make the place, the service is next level and ensured we had a great time. Highly recommend the ocean front rooms! Great hotel if you have a few kids

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket. The facilities are fantastic – well-maintained pools, beautiful grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was great with plenty of delicious options, and the entire staff was warm and professional. A special thank you to Nina for her kind and attentive care – she truly made us feel welcome. We enjoy our stay at this property, as always in most of our stay at Marriott properties. Staff are always very friendly and attentive, at breakfast, at the pool, kids club. at any part of their facilities. Nina at the breakfast restaurants is exceptional. She went extra mile for service recovery when an incident happened at our friend’s table the the breakfast.
