The hotel was nice but a bit old. The air on looked like it was leaking, but we only stayed for one night so I didn't look into it much. The staff was nice and the rooftop pool it worth a visit.

The hotel staff is wonderful and very courteous – everyone here is smiling and happy to help. They even gave me a late check-out, so in terms of service, everything was excellent. I received a large and spacious room, but unfortunately the walls were dirty, the sheets and towels were stained, and the sink was clogged. Additionally, there’s nothing to do in the area around the hotel

Rather disappointing , door was faulty as could not close properly, friend got stuck in the toilet after locking it and it was not fixed. There were rather questionable stains on the floors and walls. The fridge was also a little dirty and the bathroom layout as the sink was right beside the main door. I would not recommend to those looking for a luxurious stay.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Phnom Penh 51 Hotel & Residences. I have traveled all over the world, and this has been by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I've been trying to cancel my reservation for over three weeks now, and despite repeated attempts to reach out, they have completely ignored my requests. I even had friends and family in Cambodia try to assist in canceling the reservation, but nothing has worked. If you look at all the reviews, you'll see why this place is getting such negative feedback. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such unresponsive staff. This experience has been very stressful, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations. Poor communication and lack of assistance make this place a no-go for me in the future.
