The apartment is very completely equipped. The kitchen is well equipped..is very convenient for those who wants to cook themselves ..there is also toys for the little one to play and cd for kids to watch"

Location was superb. Convenient to all amenities with apartment set back from main road to minimize traffic noise. Very comfortable with all mod cons. Check in was simple with great communication from owners as to collection of keys, property directions and parking facilities. Couldn't fault.

We stayed in 3 bed 2 bath apartment over the 2019 Australia Day long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had awesome views of the fireworks from our balcony, found secure parking convenient within the complex, apartment had a homely feel with the extra little items provided by the hosts. Location was great within easy walking distance to Elizabeth Quay and Swan River foreshore or those wanting to explore Kings Park. Would recommend Perth Short Stays for anyone visiting Perth or those wishing for a city break.

Apartment was very functional and conveniently located in perth city, with very secure parking to boot. Facilities within the apartment were comparable to home with washing machine and dryer located in bathroom. Large fridge, plenty of bench space and dining table to comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children. The balcony flooded with sunlight and a great view of trees and greenery outside made for a real holiday feel. Although apartment is slightly aging, it was very clean and everything in great working order! Two comfy couches to choose from was also a nice surprise as hotels often have no couches or only small basic ones! Some toys and books came in very handy for our littlies too. Also, instructions/how to’s were very thorough and clear in regard to the apartment and it’s features. Would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful appartment, immaculate, great communication from the hosts prior to check in with detailed instructions for an easy check in experience. The property was so well equipped, with appliances, utensils, all the things you have at home with it's own laundry facilities and ensuite bathroom. Great location close to the city centre Elizabeth Quay within walking distance, and the Swan river. Will definitely come back for another stay.
