After an urgent last-minute booking, Michelle was absolutely amazing and so friendly! Her customer service ? The room was super clean, the bed is sooo comfy and the bathroom was clean and fresh. Very conveniently located 10 minute away from everywhere and everything in the city.

I was concerned with how noisy it would be at night, and how safe the streets would be to walk to dinner and back. I was very relieved to have had a great, quiet nights sleep, the petite queen room had a great bed and bathroom, and even though it was so close to the hospital, it was really quiet. Air con could be adjusted to whatever settings i wanted. The room refurbishment has resulted in a very pleasant and clean room. I walked about 300m out to dinner, and felt safe. Midweek stay. Breakfast was along Murray Street. Checkout at 11 meant i got a couple of hours in the city before leaving. Would stay here again.

Outstanding, love this hotel. Location, staff, comfort, value for money, OUTSTANDING. Have stayed at this property over the past 10 years for our annual Perth trip and it never disappoints. Staff, friendly and always smiling. Nothing too challenging when request made. Gentleman who checked us in on for this stay, bubbly even at 11:30pm. Smile the entire interactions and even better our requests were meet. Strongly and highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Perth. Thank you again team Pensione, until next time ?

room is big and clean. location is good as well, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. they do offer parking, but wouldn't recommend larger cars to take it as it's a small alley to turn into their basement carpark unless you have good skill and a strong heart.
