We yesterday stayed at Pegasus Reef hotel a full board package and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to one of the staff members who truly stood of us. Maheema was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with check-in to answering any questions we had with a warm smile. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest comfort—she's a real asset to the hotel.
