Outstanding hotel at a great location in Bukit Bintang near tonnes of food and shopping and with pretty good transit connections. Rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed with great AC, and the hotel has a nice - if somewhat small - infinity pool. The real highlight of the hotel, however, is the attentive service of the thoughtful staff, who were all exceptionally kind and helpful, and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, which was the best I have had at any hotel on any continent in all of my time travelling. For the quality of the hotel, service, and location, the price we paid was a bargain as well. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back to stay again next time we are in KL.

We’ve stayed at Pavilion Hotel by Banyan Tree twice now — once in April 2024 and again in April 2025 — and it has been exceptional on both occasions. The rooms are stunning: modern, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and easy proximity to everything Kuala Lumpur has to offer. We were delighted to have the opportunity to upgrade our room before arrival, and the process was seamless and well worth it. What truly sets Pavilion Hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. On our most recent stay, our young daughter unfortunately fell ill (from a separate hotel prior to arriving in KL), and the way the team handled it was beyond kind — comforting her, assisting without hesitation, and even providing her with colouring activities for our flight back home. The level of service, compassion, and attention to detail at Pavilion Hotel is second to none. This will continue to be our hotel of choice in Kuala Lumpur, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and respectful staff. The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It is located very close to all the food places and the mall. I would definitely stay at the Pavilion Hotel again.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning, beautifully adorned with fresh flower arrangements that added a touch of elegance and charm. Plus, the location is superb — right in the heart of the city and conveniently attached to a shopping mall. Perfect for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need.

Location is definitely the hit. However the reception being on the 8th floor and a separate lift to the rooms doesn't really work for me. What I like most is the connecting entrance to the mall from 10am to 10pm. Absolute convenience. Check in was a breeze with top class service provided by AIMAN. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Food range and variety - normal IMO. In a nutshell the overall stay was good and comfortable - will definitely return again. Lastly not forgetting to thank our good man from concierge SARA for meticulously arranging our limo to the airport. Great job everyone and hope to see you again in the near future
