I had an absolutely beautiful stay here. The staff who greeted me was so polite and very informative with the area. Recommending a great eating spot which was very much appreciated. Even on my departure the young gentleman who assisted me was amazing. Both checking in and out was an easy experience. The hotel felt very safe and secure. The room was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing spa. Allowing you to create a relaxing and calming experience. Highly recommend staying here and have already thought about another stay sometime. This has become one of my favorite locations to stay. Thank you Parkside Hotel for an amazing stay.

Got my room for a great price and it was tidy and comfortable mostly. It was extremely hot though as the A/C was not working properly. Seems lots of people are having this same problem. We managed though by opening the door and windows to the balcony. Parking is available at a extra cost. Location was great though as it was close to the event i was attending. Some locals can be noisy on the street at night time but it's not to bad overall.

Rooms were clean an tidy. Was within walking distance of so many things. Service was friendly. Even able to store our bags b4 an after check out which made things so much easier. Pool was hot tub/spa was a added bonus. Lovely sunset views with the sky tower in the other direction. Would definitely recommend an we will be back again

Stayed at the hotel through the weekend just gone. Good location in the CBD, absolutely loved the young girl who was working reception at roughly 2pm on the 12th April. She was so lovely, will most definitely book again.
