I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, which made our experience even better. The hotel’s modern design and stylish decor gave it a fresh, inviting feel from the moment we arrived. The room was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the bed was exceptionally cozy—perfect for a restful night after a long day out. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options ranging from Indian to Western cuisine—something for every taste. The staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special mention goes to the housekeeper who maintained our room so well throughout our stay. The overall ambiance was both chic and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

We didn't know a lot about Singapore before going but we needed a room that would fit 2 adults and 2 teenage boys comfortably. This property appeared to fit that criteria and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent.

This was our first stay here as at last minute booking my usual go to hotel in Singapore was unavailable and I was really pleasantly surprised. While it was only a one-night transit stay, I found the location great and all staff I dealt with were fantastic. I will return.

The rooms are spacious. Finally we could spot a hotel with a good amount of space in Singapore. Service & location is great. Only disappointment was the food. Breakfast time is super crowded and not worth the money.
