Location is good for Clarke Quay and Marina Bay. Staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable, shower very powerful. It was a bit noisy in our room due to construction work behind the hotel and the view was just a tower block. A room overlooking the pool would be much better.

Our first and hopefully not last stay at Park Regis! EXCELLENT hotel, awesome location and the hotel staff are beyond incredible! I you get the chance to have Danny at the concierge desk available during your stay, consider yourself lucky! He provided the best service we have ever received at a hotel, ever! Extremely helpful and had a smile on his face 24/7! He was just amazing! The hotel is very beautiful! The pool area is amazing and the restaurant beyond yummy! This is a top notch hotel at not top hotel prices! A hotel like this makes you want to come back to a city even if you didn't like the city (which in this case isn't true!) All around amazing stay and experience during our February stay in Park Regis! Highly recommend staying here!

The location is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean. I checked in on Mar 21 at 3.30pm, the concierge representative, Angel was helpful and pleasant when I checked in. However, when I got to my room(601)I didn’t like the view of the room. I went back to the concierge, Angel was busy, so I went to her coworker, Edwin, and asked if I could be assigned to another room. He “checked” and told me that my room type and layout is only available facing that side of the building. I thanked him for checking and left. About 12 to 1.30am, we were hearing metal moving sounds from the outside, so I called the concierge and asked if there’s construction. They called back and said that there’s so metal moving work across, and offered us to change room. We were unpacked and too tired, but told them that we would like to switch rooms the next morning. When we switched room, it was on the other side and it was the EXACT SAME ROOM type. My question here to Edwin is, why lie to your guests? The layout is exactly the same! Apart from that the services that we received from the rest of the were amazing. However, I really didn’t like being lied to.

Has everything you need, very efficient use of space. Clean, comfortable, a fantastic location with warm and friendly staff. My one negative is the way the shower and toilet are set out and it would be very tight for a couple.
