200 Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1 7UT, United Kingdom
Paula on the check-in desk was fantastic- she was warm, welcoming and very polite, she was absolutely lovely and always had a smile! We had a suite and room size was good, bathroom was good, all clean and no issues. Bed was huge and very comfy. Visited the spa/pool. You have to prebook this and is only a half an hour slot - this wasn't such a problem for me as I had a 10 month old so 30 min was enough. Spa staff and lifeguard were welcoming and helpful. They provide a towel and changing rooms are lovely!! Only downside (just being picky) is that it would have been nice to have a shower cap provided in the bathroom and disposable slippers. Despite this very small negative i would stay here again, albeit a little pricey. Fantastic location! A stones throw from Westminster Abbey, big Ben, London eye, sea life centre, victoria embankment. Enjoyed the stay.
We stayed for two nights at this beautiful hotel just south of Westminster Bridge, in a stunning one-bedroom terrace suite. One terrace offered breathtaking views of Big Ben, the London Eye, the River Thames, and the Houses of Parliament, while the other provided a panoramic view of Canary Wharf, The Shard, and Waterloo Station. The room was bright, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more. The hotel also features a great selection of bars and restaurants, as well as a spa and pool. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful—truly going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Mastan, who was especially attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. They even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, chocolates, and fresh fruit in our room after noticing it was my birthday. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special!
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last seven months. The pros are the excellent service and the large breakfast selection. The cons are the cleanliness of the rooms (carpet was dusty/dirty) and the bathroom lighting is horrible. There are no outlets on the sides of the bed, which isn’t a deal-breaker but would be convenient. The location is great but it’s hard to walk around and try neighborhood restaurants because it’s in a more commercial area.
