We stayed 2 nights here and had a great time. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. My only negative was the breakfast buffet gets busy in the morning. The staff did a great job managing this and worked hard to keep the tables ready for guests in the queue. We went early our second day and it was much better. Overall fantastic stay and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was great. Beautiful decor, staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent location right around the corner from Big Ben and the London Eye. The underground Lambeth North is right across from the hotel as well as a bus stop. Breakfast was good but it’s not included, it’s 25£ per person, kids are free. Hotel has a spa with a fitness room, sauna and a pool. You have to make reservation for the pool as it is not big. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
