I stay regularly at this hotel on business and whilst it's a little more expensive than the likes of a Central London Premier Inn etc, the extra is really worth the money. The staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming. There's extra benefits like gifts and points for taking up their eco scheme. The only time I've had a bad night here is due to other guests being inconsiderate, and kids of foreign families running around the hallways at night is occasionally an issue, but otherwise this is a fab hotel for a Central London stay. Easy access to Waterloo Station, the South Bank etc. I even opt to stay here for personal travel when staying in London for leisure trips, which I think speaks for itself.

Really nice hotel and very close to the London Eye, which was super convenient. The service was excellent anything we asked for, they brought right away. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I paid extra for a city view room expecting a view of the London Eye, but the room overlooked Waterloo train station instead. When I raised this with the staff, they explained that this still counts as a city view and that rooms with a London Eye view were already booked! Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. Communication was via WhatsApp and was smooth and convenient. The hotel is well-located—close to major attractions and the train station—yet tucked away in a quieter area, which made for a peaceful stay. I’d be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.♥️
