A very wonderful hotel, comfortable, up to expectations. The most wonderful thing is the staff’s, especially (Lama) from reception, Very helpful, so cooperation, She elegance, professionalism, answered all our questions with patience, dedication, kindness and care. I will repeat my experience soon in the same hotel.

Excellent,very clean, free shuttle to Haram near the new extension with no upside walking or ascending a mountain or uphill. What's bad only when returning back you have to walk a lot to reach the bus station. My advice is that you must have the location on your mobile before going to Haram otherwise you will be lost and you will walk too much than usual ? especially with the new extensions and presence of more than 200 Gates. Otherwise the hotel is so Nice with reasonable fees.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service! Also I would like to especially highlight the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist, Ms. Shruq. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and answered all my questions

The hotel is clean and looks. Brand new Staff are so polite and helpful, specially those guys who work in the hotel restaurant, Mr. Tariq, Ms. Randah and their team Lili, Daiwi, Amina and Maymouna, Staff very neat and tidy, while I am having my food they always come and check on me and other guests as well, specially Ms. Randah and Mr. Tariq. All the best for all of you, the hotel is new, however you guys showed amazing success. I stayed around 27 days, and the experience was phenomenal.

I stayed at Radisson Makkah Thakher Algharbi for three nights, and it was a comfortable and convenient experience. One of the best features is their shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram, which runs every hour, making it easy for guests to attend prayers without any hassle. The hotel also offers plenty of parking spaces in the basement, which was very helpful for those traveling with their own vehicle. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. Great service, good facilities, and a peaceful environment.
