Recently stayed here and had a decent experience overall. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff was accommodating. They offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient, and there’s free parking available as well. I did notice that over the years, the quality and maintenance of the property have declined a bit…some things could use a refresh. Still, it’s a comfortable place and I do recommend it!

The experience at Park Inn was amazing. From arrival to departure we were treated with extreme care and professionalism. Both Shafaiet and Abu Baker did their best to keep us happy and were always at our service. The room was great and the facilities were exceptional. The buffet breakfast menu had various options. Additionally Mossharef was also very good and polite. Overall our experience at Park Inn will always be memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as it is very convenient to reach the Haram Sharif by shuttle bus service from hotel and available taxis with fares upto 20-30 Riyal. The hotel is surrounded by variety of souvenir shops, social super markets, clothes shop and jewellery shops.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — it was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well-maintained. All the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Mr. Shafaat and Mr. Manzour, who were responsible for the sixth floor. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

We've stayed in Park Inn during our hajj trip in 2025. We have the best experience which made our hajj trips memorable. The food was great, Chef Mala and his team really put a great effort in making sure our needs are taken care off. Thanks Chef ?

The stay is excellent! Very nice room, spacious, near to restaurant and mosque. Raghad has been very good in accommodating to us. She is very helpful and so nice! Thank you Park Inn!
