The room service and management people are absolutely amazing, and we felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire stay of one month. The room we booked waz very spacious, with the bonus of a beautiful Masjid view! Definitely recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and a bit of a maze. Located in naseem district next to al-rajhi mosque with places to eat and shop on the doorstep as well as the hotel itself. Stayed 8 nights during Ramadan/Eid. Whilst there was a shuttle bus available for the masjid al haram the restricted timings meant hefty taxi fees for those wanting to travel outside operational hours.There is a Makkah bus that stops outside but during Ramadan it wasn’t running. Room felt very cluttered and wasn’t always cleaned. Trash cans failed to be emptied and towels replaced on some days which are basics. Would recommend for a short visit but if your main goal is to find a place of rest for umrah and ibadah in masjid al haram then find a hotel near the haram area.

Very good and very comfortable accommodation I felt in Park ìnn Makkah Al Naseem، special thanks to the gentle receptionist Sultan Al Lehyani and also special thanks to Rahmatulla & Rasel Husain, they are very excellent Baristas. Also many thanks for all hotel security gards for thair good work.
