Excellent stay overall - I love the pillows and bed was so super comfy. Freestanding bath tub with separate shower was awesome with Le Labo bath amenities. Love the fluffy bathrobes and comfy hotel slippers. Our Sleep at Hyatt spa kit was lovely. A bowl of mandarins & handwritten welcome note was a nice touch. The hydrotherapy room at the spa on level 2 was awesome - it has a sauna, steam room, and the baths is separated with hot water area (you can press different buttons for bubbles, air massage, neck massage etc) and cold water area. Towels and water dispenser (with lemon & cucumber) with glasses available inside to keep you hydrated. The locker room is next to the hydrotherapy room - multiple lockers, toilets, showers, changing area with some amenities like body lotion, deodorant, more towels, a machine to dry spin wet clothes, vanity area as well. The outdoor pool area is also great - with loungers, more towels, spring water bottles all available. Service impeccable - there was an evening housekeeping lady who came by with cart & asked if we needed anything & offered more spring water. We also had high tea in the Living Room & spa treatment in The Spa. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at the Park Hyatt Auckland was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's design is a stunning blend of contemporary sophistication and clever use of natural light, showcasing breathtaking views of the waterfront. The lobby, adorned with tasteful art pieces, instantly creates a welcoming ambiance. My room was a sanctuary of comfort. The spacious layout featured modern amenities, an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed, and a lavish marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Room service was great. In summary, my stay at Park Hyatt Auckland surpassed all expectations. The blend of stunning design, exceptional service, and a prime location makes it a premier choice for anyone looking to experience the best that Auckland has to offer.
We just completed a 1 night stay here on our way back home after our vacation on the south island. I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Firstly, the overall organization and cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff who helped us check in were very friendly as well. Our children used the pool for a bit and we were happy that was available with a nice outdoor space. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants close by in walking distance, right in the harbor. The breakfast was delicious and we felt a little bad ordering more than we could finish, the serving sizes were very generous and the quality of all the food was great. Finally...to top it off, there was Beau the black lab service dog in the lobby. What a nice thing to have and he was the highlight for us! We have stayed at a few different Park Hyatts and this was by far our favorite so far.
Best hotel in Auckland. We LOVED the rooms (stayed twice over our visit to New Zealand) - the 2 twin beds w/ double bathrooms. Rooms are minimalist but still well appointed. Breakfast is A++++++. Small buffet but great (included) a la carte menu. Excellent covered "rooftop" pool with a view of the harbour. The water therapies are such a nice touch after a long day of hiking or walking about Auckland. I think about this hotel often. Lol. Fantastic city hotel.
I am a proud Aucklander, yet I have stayed at this hotel 3 times!! Although I’m leaving dear old NZ for a while, I will always return to this hotel. Everything here is done with such taste and an eye for detail. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Spa is serene. The hydrotherapy room is a haven. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and I rate this one of the best anywhere.
