First time family holiday to Japan and this was our first stop. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find coming from Shimbashi JR station laden with baggage - there’s lots of different levels with multiple escalators and no signage. I’d picked this hotel based on the views and location and both were superb; we were able to see Mount Fuji from reception on our first morning and I loved watching the trains passing through Shimbashi. Location felt very safe and was easy to move around the city using Shimbashi or Shiodome stations. The adjacent Hamarikyu Gardens is a lovely spot for a stroll and there is a Family Mart and Tullys coffee shop close by. Really enjoyed the artwork in the hotel which gave a very unique feel and the restaurant and breakfast are very good. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The rooms we had were compact and felt a bit dated, especially the bathrooms but were clean, practical and a decent size by Tokyo standards. Very easy to recommend the Park Hotel as a base for exploring Tokyo.

We stayed for 6 nights in May and had a fantastic experience. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel offered great amenities, including 4 washing machines and dryers, and an ice dispenser which came in handy. Our room had an amazing view of both Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji – truly breathtaking! Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and the evening food was delicious. While the cocktails were on the pricier side, we used local stores.to buy our own alcohol for the room. The location was excellent, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very accommodating, and the rooms/amenities were perfect. We stayed at other hotels during our time in Tokyo, and this was by far the best experience. The view from the room was incredible, and the blackout curtains made for an excellent sleeping experience any time during the day/night. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of lounge space. The view and loung area in the lobby is peaceful and a great place to unwind after a long day or when starting your morning. The food is also worth giving a try. Not to mention, the hotel is a full-on art museum, which enhances the ambiance. It's conveniently attached to a train station and has taxis ready to go at the entrance. We will be staying here again for sure.

Love this hotel. We arrived early and since the room was ready they allowed us to check in. That was VERY much appreciated since we were tired from our trip from Kyoto. The room was clean and comfortable. They have blackout curtains which are no joke. Hotel staff very friendly, polite, and answered all of my questions. We got room service and ate breakfast on our last day. Food was delicious. Great coffee and cocktail bar. The views from our room, and lobby, were beautiful. Once we checked out they allowed us to wait in their lobby until our taxi came. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and would love to stay with them again.

Being the first time visiting Japan, I had high expectations, and this hotel exceeded them. First located on the top floors of a high tower building, you are immediately presented with amazing views of Tokyo (and Tokyo tower) in the lobby. The staff was super friendly and very helpful at any times. The room, was located on the northwest side, had an amazing view of the city. All the expected amenities and good quality products, a clean and comfortable room. The location is excellent, from the lobby there is direct basement access to the nearby metro stations (very helpful in case it is raining) and even a convenience store is located there. Nearby also some good traditional restaurants. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and, if I visit Tokyo again, I will stay here again for sure.
