Large lobby, reception and a decent bar to the left. Friendly staff always helpful. The room was fantastic, large, king bed , well suited for 2 people. Comfortable bed and the pillows weren't too bad , great bathroom and shower with plenty of space and decent water pressure. Nice pool view/ 'city'. Great location to the bus, train and river front. Approx 10min bike ride to the merlion park.

Had a great stay with the family, great location, lovely hotel and very good customer service. Pool was a good respite for late in the day and just a great central location to get around easily. Very highly recommended.

Overall a nice place to stay. Room is neat and clean. Breakfast was decent and the gym is available 24 hours. Convenient location with lots of restaurants around the area and only a few mins walk to metro station

First time I stayed with Paradox Singapore Merchant Court, and I would say I love the place. The location is perfect. Besides the Clarke Quay MRT Station, a few minutes walk to the various restaurants and bars. Plus the rooms are well appointed and spacious. They also have a purified drinking tap in lieu of the drinking bottled water. Plus the staff are quite hospitable!

The hotel is very well located, just across water from Clarke Quay. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities needed. We stayed for 7 days and we were very happy with the housekeeping. One day we were asleep and didn’t want them to come, and the next morning they caught us on the hallway and asked if they can clean. Another impressive thing for me, you have “Pillow menu”? - which means they offer a list of pillow types to choose from. The breakfast is bufee and you have plenty of choices, also a station with 2 chefs where you can order your favorite form of eggs. All the staff is friendly and attentive.
