Although I’m not a fan of high rise hotels and I don’t like using lifts this hotel was an oasis of calm in a busy, hot city during a stressful time on holiday. My husband was suddenly admitted to the nearby hospital for several days at the beginning of our stay and the hotel could not have been more helpful and supportive to both of us. From taking us to A&E in the middle of the night, asking about his welfare and even escorting me in the lift the staff did everything they could to help. Special thanks go to Maarja-Liis on reception and the two concierges Ashek and Pulasthi. As far as the hotel is concerned it is v. modern with up to date rooms and plenty of communal seating areas and restaurants. The breakfast was varied and of high quality and the staff attentive as they were everywhere. We only tried the lounge bar once which was good but I enjoyed the excellent room service on many evenings. The location of the hotel was v. convenient as it is in the centre and a short walk to the river. The only downside was the pool which was very small and too warm. It also only got sun for a couple of hours in the morning as was shaded by high rise buildings. Although our stay at the hotel did not go as planned I will always remember it and wish to thank the staff for all they did.

Since the refurbishment the hotel has really stepped it up! Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Location is a little bit out of the city but this is a good thing as when staying too central you don't feel as safe as you do on Adelaide terrace. It's a great location for walks, restaurants and so convenient to the buses.

We had a great staycation at Pan Pacific. The newly renovated room was lovely, offering a fresh and comfortable ambience. A pleasant surprise awaited us in the form of a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which added a thoughtful touch to our experience. Buffet breakfast was included in our package – the food was good with a decent selection. However, if we had to pay separately, the cost wouldn’t quite be justified when compared to buffet breakfasts offered by other prime hotels in the area. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service and modern amenities. Definitely planning to do it again. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Was here for a 3 day conference being held at their conference floor and all I can say was everything was superb. Service was amazing and always alert to needs Food was delicious each day we were there from freshly baked pastries to hearty tasty lunch meals that left us filling well fed! Big Shout out to all the waiters including Tyson and Andre*! Will definetly be back.

After looking for places to stay I decided to make a reservation here for convenience instead of regular self catering, we might not have the opportunity again. I looked online and after joining the group my stay worked put cheaper than advertised promotions by third parties. I got updated on my reservation regularly. When I arrived early they were eager to give me an early check in. Staff very friendly and room is great with a river view ?. Restaurants, bars and heated outdoor pool on Lower level. Gym on level below. Parking is at a reasonable price as there are no free street parking ?
