Fantastic 5 nights here and a great place to base yourself to explore the city. Beautiful views over the river and skyline. Really comfortable spacious room and excellent shower. We were fortunate in booking the Executive room which gave access to lounge facilities. It's a must if staying here - such brilliant service here and especially Pino on concierge. A great guy.

Luxury standard stay. All the staff are nice. I would love to come back and stay for a few days in the future. A little bit unlucky that the view is not I want, but it’s a not a big deal. The experience in the room here is fascinating. However when I step into the entrance, there’s a big red Chinese board. I was a bit surprised for its presence on a 5 star luxury hotel. To be honest, it’s downgraded my first impression. Bunch of tourists yelling and stuck at the entrance. I almost collided with the luggage cart while going around the pillar. Overall, I really enjoy staying here. Spending time to relax. And this hotel is just a few seconds walk to DFO, which is perfect.

Great service, I have to commend them on that. I came in early to see if I can get checked in early. I was upgraded to top floor with a 2 bedroom suite. Not that I needed the space but it was great to see how accommodating they were even though I was 3 hours early. The foyer looks plush although I would say a little dark, a brighter chandelier won’t hurt… The rooms were really great and they had every single amenities so no complains there. However sad to see that both trash bins had garbage in them. Not a great look on them. However it was promptly cleaned up next day. The view was great and every place was easy to reach to, just cross the bridge. You have DFO, Exhibition Center and the pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.. The breakfast was good, the juicer was great, the spread wasn’t out of the ordinary but it was decent. The coffee was great, please try it’s a must ! Overall great experience

The Pan Pacific Melbourne consistently delivers highly rated services. Their valet parking, while a paid amenity, begins with a pleasant greeting. I was particularly impressed by the hotel lobby staff, and extend my thanks to the two ladies who ensured my recent visit was exceptionally comfortable. Accommodations are a standout feature, with very tidy and spacious rooms complemented by modern bathrooms that enhance the feeling of being at home. The experience is completed by the great scenery from the windows, offering beautiful views of either the Docklands or the picturesque Yarra

I am very impressed with the room we stayed in; the city views are absolutely beautiful from the room we stayed in. Our room offered complimentary refreshments, toiletries and a 'happy sleepers' book where we can order (complimentary) specific pillow types, teas, bath salts and bedtime routine tips. Absolutely loved my stay and will be back ❤️
