This hotel is incredible! I am here now and although k had planned to sightsee and explore the city I am finding it difficult to leave the property. From the super kind and attentive staff to the most comfortable bedding I have slept on, this hotel has everything. The artwork and attention to detail in the design and aesthetics is just lovely, The pool is magnificent and so relaxing with areas for both sun or beautiful lounge cabanas for shade. The breakfast is one of the widest array of culinary options I have seen for a hotel, do not miss it. They have a pillow menu and turn down service as well. This hotel will make you feel very special and comfortable, I will definitely be coming back with friends or family. Just perfect. ❤️

Initially stayed two nights at the hotel and returned to stay two more on our 10-days trip in Cambodia. Everything about our stay was so lovely, being looked after by an incredible hotel FOH and BOH team. We could tell that the hotel looks after their staffs as much as their guests as staffs in the hotel seems to enjoy and respect their jobs a lot. Our favourite service men daily help us cross the road, reminded us to check for all belongings when leaving vehicles, welcome and fairwell us every time we passed through the entrance. From check-in to check-out, everything was straightforward and smooth. The moment you step in this hotel, its authenticity is displayed everywhere. The gorgeous interior design and decorative paying tribute to the Khmer heritage and history. At the restaurant there are many archived photos showcasing the historical moments of Cambodian history. Swimming feels like a lush garden tucked away in the backyard with a great selection to choose from the pool menu. There’s an organic sky bar on the 3/F of a side building block overlooking the Royal Palace where you can enjoy a very unique sunset experience (I prefer this over high rise rooftop bar). Room feature wise, it has everything you need for a joyful hotel stay. Spacious room with very comfortable mattress. Water pressure in the bathroom is high which is something that I highly appreciate or a must for a perfect stay One thing that I particularly found needing an upgrade is the hairdryer. Hotel used the old version wall mounted hair dryer that can have hair being sucked in from the back. Overall, our stay was perfect. I will definitely recommend and return to this hotel or other hotels under the same group when we are back next.

Mid-stay here, but it's already been very impressive. Our room is a "Deluxe Double with View", it directly overlooks the Royal Palace. Food in the restaurants is clearly labeled as vegetarian or Halal, and those options are numerous. Breakfast spread is extensive. This place has real character and history. The building is the former French HQ for Cambodia. The fusion of European and Asian style is apparent in the restaurant decoration and feels very authentic.

We stay here to celebrate my birthday. We booked the Apsara room and they gave us an upgrade which we ended up staying in the royal palace suite. They also surprised me with birthday cake and greetings and I was so happy The buffet is great, do not miss that! The pool is great! Close 7 pm and open at 7 am but can still swim but no service available like Waitress The ambiance is very lush and the hallways are very pretty I recommend this place

I stayed at this hotel in the first half of March 2025. I arrived in Phnom Penh by plane from Siem Reap and used the Grab App to get a car to the hotel. From the moment you enter, you know this hotel is special. The courtyard restaurant has beautiful Koi ponds next to each table. The inner courtyard is laid out like a beautiful garden. I strongly recommend you visit the rooftop bar at Happy Hour for their special price cocktails. I had the Singapore Sling. On the weekend they had live music and the singer Clay had the best singing voice I've ever heard live. This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. If you find a better hotel anywhere in the world, please tell me where it is. The staff is amazing.
