Ozo Georgetown is a modern, funky hotel at Argyll Street, near a few eateries, though it is at the periphery of Georgetown and not in the centre. Interesting concept, check-in was on the 20th floor, but luggages had to be placed on the 1st floor. The room vibes are modern, eclectic and young, with the softest bed and pillows. Good selection of food items for breakfast too, including ice cream. Would suggest the hotel put anti-slip mats in the shower stall, as it can be too slippery for older seniors or children.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is simple and yet so cozy, clean and beautiful. It is located nearby all the famous attractions in Penang. The rooms are just perfect. Clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff are just amazing and kind. Hope to come back here soon.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff, including chef Aaron and attendant Sulfiker, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to give us detailed instructions on things to do in Penang with our family. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to improve the toilet and bathroom accessories as they seemed to not be working properly. Overall, a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, including the kitchen staff, especially Sirazul. Room was good, except lower level didn't give a good view; the room itself was very good. Location-wise, the hotel is well placed but it didn't suit our goals.

Even though I live nearby, I’ve stayed more than three times and for good reason! Sometimes you just need a short escape without going far, and this hotel gives me exactly what I’m looking for,peace, comfort, and the perfect relaxing vibe.The atmosphere here is calm and soothing from the moment you step in. The rooms are always clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I especially love how quiet it is ideal for a restful night or a lazy morning.Every stay feels like a mini retreat. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
