Initially, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed it was quite warm. We decided to leave temporarily with the air conditioning running. However, after staying for 3-4 hours, the room remained hot. Eventually, we informed the receptionist, who kindly allowed us to switch rooms at no additional cost, and she provided excellent service. ??
