I previously stayed before it was rebranded. The rooms are very clean and spacious that’s why I chose to return. However, the standards of customer service levels didn’t feel the same. I contacted them via email twice and had no response at all and I booked two separate bookings which was acknowledged on check in but they kept calling me asking when I am checking out. Besides from that minor issue I did throughly enjoy my stay. Very convenient with the self laundry service facility and walking distance to HKU MTR. One down point is they do not have a full length mirror and the lighting in the bathroom is awful!

We loved our stay at Oasis Aurum. We had an upper harbour room on the 28th floor for 7 nights which was quiet, spacious, and had a large and comfortable bed with good air conditioning. The view was excellent and the service was brilliant. Highly recommended!

Rated as 5 star but I can't really match the 5 stars expectation. English spoken counter staff is a pleasant surprise. Room is fine, bed was comfortable which is a huge plus for me. Still worth at least 4.5 rating to me. Keep it up!

It’s located a bit of a distance from the major tourist areas which makes it a quiet area to wind down. Well connected with local transport options and very close to the exit off the highway which makes it easier to commute to the airport by road. Staff were friendly and the room was very nice. Not sure if I’d agree with the 5 star hotel description but definitely 4 stars to me. The elevators were very impressive and we were able to go up to our room on the 21st floor and back down with ease and hardly any wait.
