I was at the hostel for four nights in mid March and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, providing recommendations, facilitating/hosting activities, and resolving issues with a smile. The facility is very clean and has a diligent cleaning staff. The restaurant is also very reasonably priced, serves good food, and has a great bartender that is there basically whenever you need him. The hostel's location couldn't be much better, located near many popular restaurants, tourist attractions and other small shops. I would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Hanoi.

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in! I compared all hostel reviews to meet this decision and the good reviews do not disappoint: This one is so clean and everything is provided without an additional cost: towel and 2 lockers, one cupboard and one locker above head. The sheets are already prepared after check out for the next person. It is not a party hostel but they have a happy hour where the beer is free in the reception (one can ask for a glass instead of a plastic cup if you're environmentally conscious). I stayed at the 6 person mixed dorm and everyone was so silent and respectful, no stench or disturbing sounds were present. The beds have privacy thanks to their own light and curtains. One can store luggage after check out. The location is unbeatable, just know that grab drop off or car access is not always possible and a small walking distance may be necessary. Prices are very affordable for the great service. Would have loved to stay more and will definitely choose here when I am back in Hanoi.

The walking tour with Billy was great! He was very funny and it was a great way to explore Hanoi The hostel is also amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. There are two lockers for each person and a towel. The location of the hostel is also great. Could not recommend it enough ?

Appreciate the warm welcome on my late night arrival by bus. The staff was friendly. They provide a towel, locker and a wonderful (and quick) breakfast for only 50 dong. They offer tours and a ton of fun activities but I didn't get to take advantage of these things as this was just a quick stop thru between excursions. I definitely could have comfortably stayed here a few nights. They have a great set up for the beds, comfortable and can feel private even in a dorm setting. Highly recommend.

Great location at the heart of the Old Quarter! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They helped us with planing our trip, which felt maybe a little bit over the top, since they only pitch you their trips, which seem a little bit on the pricier side. (We didn’t book anything through the hostel, so I can’t really say how that is…) The breakfast for only 50k is big and very good, which made us eat there all three days of our stay. The free walking tour that is offered, we honestly didn’t enjoy so much, because the guide seemed a bit unsure of herself and was speaking to quiet. In total I would definitely recommend you staying there, I just wouldn’t book anything through trips or activities trough the hostel.
