I had a great stay at this hostel for 4 nights. The staff and other guests were very friendly and everyone was very social in the common area.

PROS:
- pool table and nice place to sit down to work on your laptop or write something
- free access to pool / gym & sauna on 3rd floor
- boiling & cold water dispensers
- plates & utensils you can use
- comfortable pods
- approx €6 a night

CONS:
- not much sound proofing from the bathrooms but this wasn’t a big issue

I would highly reccomend you stay here if in KL

Seriously…. I don’t understand these good reviews. We booked 2 nights but broke up after one. At least the staff was super nice and very helpful. So no complains on that. Also the bed was kind of comfy.
Other than that it was the worst hostel ever. There are cockroaches everywhere. Even in the bed pods. The bathroom is not clean at all and there is always water all over the place.
The whole hostel does not look like the pictures. There is peoples stuff everywhere lying around. It looks extremly dirty and messy. It was very disgusting.
In the dorm itself it is way too hot at night.
Honestly, book this place if you want to make friends with cockroaches and bed bugs and have a really hard time. Never again!

I have stayed here for a few days and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
Management didn't seem to care about clients. Once I asked for a spoon, and they gave me dirty one from the sink and asked me to wash it myself. Kitchen area overall is horrible - I was scared to touch anything - extremely dirty and cockroaches, not enough of washing soap. As well as cockroaches in the bathrooms.

When I arrived, they didn't have water whole day because of some issues in the building. Also, at teh reception they offer padlocks, but when I asked them, they only had 1 broken one. I find it odd.

the pod was a good size, but in a bed shape, the wooden floor seemed dirty.

Lots of people in the room, so it didn't make me feel safe, had to lock my pod all the time.

I will never come back.

Absolutely do not. I booked and paid through airbnb. I paid for a 1 hour taxi ride and arrived at 4pm. The managers lied to security saying I had canceled my booking, so security refused me entry. I spent until 10:30pm with police. The managers kept changing their story saying I had canceled, they canceled, they meant to ask me to cancel, they had already returned my money, they were about to return my money. Their behavior was disgusting.

The DIRTIEST place I have ever seen! BED BUGS, COCKROACHES and many other things! Hygiene doesn’t not matter for them! Everyday new victim with bedbugs and they act like they dont know! And when they hear you speaking about it they tell you go out of the hostel! Now they kicked out 4 or 5 people since I came because they spoke about it
