This hotel was absolutely fantastic, easily the best I stayed in during my trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking the time to give me some personalized recommendations for local food spots during check-in. The location couldn't have been better - it was super close to all the main tourist attractions and just a minute away from the metro station, making it easy to get around. My room was amazing too! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had the most comfortable bed. It had everything I needed, even a floor heating, which was such a luxurious touch. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. One of the great perks was the free entry to the spa in the same building. It was a traditional public bath with separate areas for men and women. Honestly, my only tiny complaint was that I could occasionally hear doors closing in nearby rooms. But that's really a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and modern place to stay, this is it!

Strong Points: 1) Rooms were Clean and very well maintained 2) Great Location (2 mins from Jagalchi Station & Market) 3) Amenities include Jalgachi Spa for free (highly popular spot among locals), gym and laundry room 4) Great Service: Staff were very friendly and offered very good recommendations for Restaurants nearby (We went to 3 of the recommended restaurants and they were the best we had in our trip) 5) In Room Amenities: Daily Amenity bag provided which included very good bathroom toiletries. 6) Price: Very affordable and competitive pricing (Not forgetting that a spa access is complementary!) Overall Highly Recommended!!!

David at the front desk provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Also he's a really good English speaker. I'm amazed how much work he put in calling around when my dumb ass left my backpack in a taxi. So helpful with money saving and tourist tips too. Turned a possibly horrible day into a great memorable experience.

Great place to stay, room is spacious to fully open luggages. Front desk helpful to suggest places to eat and visit. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel when in Busan !
